I drew a series of portraits of myself, my girlfriend, and our dog to use for a valentine's day gift. I've ended up using mine for avatars across my social media channels. After that, two friends of mine requested that I draw their portraits as well.
I've never been that great at drawing people, so these were also a way to practice those skills along with practicing my skill with the pen tool in Illustrator.
